Michael and I are completely obsessed with personal style and taking pictures. Right now we are digging 70s trends. We are college students striving to maintain an individual style while being friendly to our wallets. :) Our goal is to find unique pieces that are affordable and can be worn by anyone. After visiting London this past spring we both dove into our personal styles even further and love expressing ourselves through clothes.
Shoes for the sole.
These babies were quite the find at forever 21. To top it off they were only $30! SCORE!
Not your average baggage.
This beautiful bag was purchased by Michael in Granada, Spain for 40 euro.
We are firm believers in making outfits "go together" and not match. Color palettes are a fantastic way of setting guidelines and not appearing tacky. Our photoshoot yesterday was inspired by the retro colors of the 70's. I seriously die for those pants I'm wearing in the shoot that were purchased by Michael from a vintage store. Michael's mustard yellow pants are perfect for summer and fabulously paired with a bow tie and trendy spectacles.
These pants are from zara (29.99 euro).
Gray bowtie was scored at American Apparel for $20.
The button down short sleeved shirt we found at a consignment shop for $3.29....it IS possible to look good on a tight budget.
My hat is from Express where I purchased it for $15.
These fabulous pants I'm wearing were purchased by Michael in a local vintage shop for $15.
