Hats off: Graduation Portraits

Posted on 15:02 by kumar

m- It's about that time of the year and I can't even believe it. Graduation time. It's hard to imagine that it's been four years since I had graduation on my mind and this time it came at me in full throttle. My beautiful friend Dina needed some portraits for her professional website and portfolio and I was glad to have the honor. Last time these pictures were for our parent's frames, now they're for our future careers...just plum crazy. ANYWAY...insert short f&p plug here: Fresh and Precious can take YOUR picture too! Courtney and I are on the move and rounding our successful friends as they near the finish line to capture this pretty important time in our lives so hollachaboi and lets take some graduation pictures!

Dina is an interior design student at East Carolina University and will sure to be conquering that industry fast. All while looking fantastic. Love this girl.
More beautiful pictures of Dina found here.

I had the privilege to take some pictures of our lovely Sarah Schultz last spring and homegirl was killing it. Love you Sarah.

Juliana and her lovely sister Gabi celebrated Juliana's high school graduation last spring and it was fantastic in every way.
My stunning sister is such a breath of fresh air. Perfect in every possible way.

Hats off graduates. We made it once again. And for cereal....book f&p for these awesome benchmarks. We're cheap, stress-free, and fun.

Because we're obsessed.

field trip

Posted on 11:01 by kumar
Madeline is a prodigy on so many levels. A chameleon of all sorts.
Today Madeline is an American Apparel model. I meannnnnn whew.
On the way home from our glorious weekend in Charleston a couple of weeks ago, Madeline and I stopped on the side of the highway and seized the day with an impromptu shoot in this amazing field. Since sunny days were hard to come by between the rain,
Madeline and I savored this moment to soak up some rays and stretch our legs mid-trip.
Showing some skin is really alright people. These phenomenal American Apparel bathing suit bottoms are a fantastic pop of color and side mesh paneling. The high-waist is flattering for many silhouettes and this throw back shape is definitely going to be a big trend this summer.
Denim makes everything better.
Stop and run through that beautiful field you've always wanted to. It's worth it I promise.

Because we're obsessed.

America the beautiful.

Posted on 20:02 by kumar

Ok so....I've got an obsession and there realllly isn't anything that I can do about it (nor do I want to). My obsession: America. After living in magical Europe and traveling for so long, I used to jump at every chance I could take to abandon ship and leave the country. Lately, however, things have changed. I don't know when exactly I struck this new-found patriotism but I'm so Uncle Sam happy that I'm ready to enlist. Just as soon as my Americana love came to be, I noticed that Americana is everywhere in fashion. And I mean everywhere. Take a look around and throw on some red, white, and blue...everyone's doing it...even Europe (...especially Europe).

I totally struck gold with this guy. The DENIM COLLAR is to die for. This piece is uniquely made and you can see this when taking a closer look at the details. Also, this puppy is quite the crowd pleaser.
Madeline is a gem. This 60's vintage necklace is a perfect addition to Madeline's comfy outfit. Lori Wyatt is Fresh and Precious' new obsession as well so all of this together is quite the combination.
Praising the stars and stripes in the home of the glorious Lori Wyatt.
This cardigan on the right is FOR SALE! Look at those star buttons. Hand-knitted. This is a one-of-a-kind beauty.
MUCH more Americana coming your way.
